2. You must be at least 21 years old to become a member of SandHills Couples.
3. You must provide valid ID and sign-in every time you enter the facility.
4. SandHills Couples has a full service bar available. No One will bring their own alcohol. Non-Alcoholic drinks are available at no cost to the members
5. You agree to hold harmless Lifestyleplayers (DBA) SandHills Couples for any and all activities related to your membership.
6. The use of any of the facilities including but not limited to the dance poles and dance floor are at the sole risk of the member and SandHills Couples accepts no responsibility whatsoever for injuries sustained from the use or misuse of these facilities.
7. “Single Males” Must have a PRE ARRANGED “Sponsor” that is a current “Member Couple” or “Member Single Female”. By “SPONSORING” a single male you are attesting to the character and social skills of that person. Your sponsorship will be forever attached to that person and should they be removed from membership for ANY reason, your ability to sponsor anyone in the future will be suspended for 90 days.
8. Each member couple and member single female will have the ability to sponsor ONE single male per 90 days.
9. You agree to treat all other members and staff with the utmost respect.
10. You agree that your membership in SandHills Couples is strictly for recreational purposes and that you will not attempt to damage or harm the reputation of the club, its’ owners or any other member.
11. The use of CAMERAS or any other RECORDING EQUIPMENT is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We will have photographers on staff from time to time taking photos that are the property of SandHills Couples. We reserve the right to confiscate any cameras and delete or destroy any pictures taken.
12. Confidentiality is important to the lifestyle. Respect others privacy on the outside, keep the fun on the inside.
13. Any violation of these rules can and will lead to immediate and permanent revocation of your membership without refund.
14. SHC management, at its’ sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse admission or membership to anyone for any reason.
15. The distribution, solicitation or possession of Illegal Drugs of any kind will not be tolerated at SHC. Any member who violates this policy will be immediately removed, their membership permanently revoked and the appropriate authorities notified.
SHC management reserves the right to amend these rules from time to time without any prior notification. Should there be any changes to these rules a copy of the current rules will be made available upon request.
